Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Colombo. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing and growing client relationships, and overseeing the sales team. They will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate, automobile or service sectors.
  • Possesses strong networking skills and confidence in dealing with High-Net-Worth clientele.  
  • Strong client relationship management and networking skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Market analysis and business opportunity identification skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
