Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Manager to lead our telesales operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large sales teams (80+ associates), excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive performance using data insights and sales metrics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage telesales teams across multiple locations
  • Drive sales targets and ensure high team productivity and performance
  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics and take data-driven decisions
  • Design and implement sales processes, scripts, and campaigns for various products/services
  • Collaborate with training and quality teams to ensure consistent performance and development
  • Motivate and mentor team leaders and associates to achieve KPIs
  • Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management
  • Use CRM tools and dashboards to track progress and identify improvement areas
  • Drive hiring, training, and onboarding of telesales associates as needed


Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in telesales or inside sales, with 3+ years in a managerial role
  • Proven experience managing large teams (80+ associates) across multiple locations
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to make data-backed decisions
  • Hands-on experience with sales CRMs and performance dashboards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a result-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in EdTech, FinTech, Insurance, or BPO sectors
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Fluent in English and regional languages
