Senior Sales Executive is in charge of tasks related to advising on building business strategies, improving customer experience services and developing potential customers database with the goal of maintaining & growing business opportunities.
1. Customer database:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive customer database for catering events, seminars, …;
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients;
- Proactively identify and acquire new customers through data-driven strategies and targeted outreach.
2. Consulting & Sales:
- Provide consulting services and sell event service packages tailored to customer needs;
- Plan and develop event service package proposals, presenting them professionally and attractively to clients while adhering to company pricing regulations and guidelines from specialized departments;
- Consult with clients to identify their preferences for venue (ballroom or outside catering), menu, decor, audio-visual elements, and other specific requirements to meet customer needs while maximizing revenue for the Company;
- Provide price quotation, persuade customers & negotiate the terms of Service contracts.
3. Catering Operations:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by expertly planning and executing successful events;
- To co-ordinate with the Executive Chef regarding the menu;
- Work closely with relevant departments (F&B, Kitchen, Event Decoration, Sound & Lighting, Security, etc.) to coordinate and oversee all event details, ensuring seamless execution;
- Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise during event implementation.
4. Service quality & Customer service:
- Collect the customer feedbacks after every function for service improvement purpose;
- Working with other departments to quickly fix problems/ issues relating to service quality;
- Consulting, supporting, answering questions/complaints from customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in business, event coordinating, hospitality, or a related field;
- Minimum of 2-year experience in sales or hospitality will be an advantage.
- Excellence communicative English (both verbal & written);
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to conduct market research will be essential.
