Position Summary
Everfox is seeking an accomplished and ambitious Sales professional to help lead it's focuses on the federal government and defense market in Canberra. You will have a track record of successfully collaborating with Sales Engineers in taking innovative security and analytics solutions to the federal gov and defense market in Australia, implementing large scale cyber security solutions. You will have a passion for helping customers solve difficult problems with innovative cyber products and/or services, ideally with a focus on insider threat, data protection, cloud security, and/or cross-domain solutions, and you will be used to the pace and language adopted within the federal government/IC to effectively sell our solutions.
This role will be consistently customer-facing, you will be responsible for utilizing existing contacts and strategically prospecting to develop pipelines of new customers to demonstrate Everfox’s on-prem and cloud security products to. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to collaboratively consult with business leaders to understand their challenges and clearly articulate solutions that are technically achievable, appropriate and proportionate to the client’s need.
As an Account Exec in cybersecurity you will be highly driven sharp, technically literate, commercially astute and self-starting with the ability to articulately consult with both technical and non-technical stakeholders both internally and externally, whilst working almost entirely remotely. A technical background would be desirable, though not essential, but being highly personable and able to present to audiences and speak to people is critical.
Direction from the US will be limited due to time zone differences, so the role will require autonomy, the ideal candidate will be used to this arrangement. Due to sensitive customer requirements, applicants should be eligible for security clearance, or ideally already possessing a level of clearance (ideally at least NV1).
International travel is expected occasionally, typically once a quarter, but domestic travel could be more frequent.
