Job Overview: 


We’re hiring a (Senior) Sales Engineer / Manager. This hybrid role is perfect for someone eager to own outbound sales from day one, while delivering strong technical demos and contributing to our go-to-market success. You'll work directly with Leadership team and help shape Xeotek’s U.S. customer base, messaging, and growth engine.  

Our customers include some of the world’s largest enterprises and institutions—many of them operating in critical infrastructure sectors such as transportation, finance, and energy. These organizations rely on us to deliver a cutting-edge solution at the core of their strategic data streaming architecture. 

In this role, you won’t just be selling software—you’ll act as a long-term partner to our customers. You’ll work closely with them to understand their business priorities, help architect solutions that create real value, and ensure they succeed with Xeotek’s platform at the heart of their real-time data strategy.

About Xeotek Inc.: 


Xeotek Inc. is developing the first native Data Streamhouse platform, designed for real-time data streaming. Our product integrates data management, analytics, governance, and monitoring into an all-in-one solution that mitigates the risks of failed projects and operational bottlenecks, ensuring a scalable, organization-wide data streaming strategy that drives business impact. 


As we expand in the U.S., we offer a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and grow alongside one of the most disruptive innovations in enterprise data. We're looking for someone ready to own and build our outbound sales motion while combining technical insight with sales execution.  


Key Responsibilities: 


Outbound Sales & Business Development (50%) 


  • Own and build Xeotek’s outbound sales strategy targeting high-potential accounts. 
  • Execute tailored outreach (cold emails, LinkedIn, phone) to generate pipeline. 
  • Collaborate on refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and qualification frameworks. 
  • Lead discovery calls and move prospects through early sales stages. 
  • Continuously test and iterate outreach tactics and messaging. 


Product Demonstrations & Technical Sales (30%) 

  • Conduct compelling demos of the Data Streamhouse platform tailored to prospect needs. 
  • Translate complex technical features into business value. 
  • Collaborate with engineering to align on technical deep-dives and solution fit. 
  • Build demo workflows, scripts, and assets to scale future sales. 
  • Collaborate with Account Management to ensure a smooth transition for newly won customers. 


Sales Pipeline & CRM Management (10%) 


  • Maintain a clear and up-to-date pipeline in our CRM (ZOHO). Own next steps, follow-ups, and opportunity documentation. 
  • Support leadership with accurate forecasts and insights. 


Go-to-Market Input & Sales Enablement (10%) 


  • Share insights from the field, like on ICP definition, messaging, and positioning with marketing and product to refine GTM strategy. 
  • Improve and help create assets such as demo scripts, one-pagers, and playbooks. 


What You Bring: 


  • 3+ years experience in sales engineering, technical pre-sales, or B2B SaaS sales. 
  • Strong outbound sales mindset and experience with new business development. 
  • Track record of building pipeline from scratch and closing deals. 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet and consult with our top enterprise customers on-site. 
  • A technical background or strong understanding of modern data infrastructure (Kafka, Flink, cloud platforms, etc.) 
  • Ability to explain complex technical products to both technical and executive audiences. 
  • Strong ownership mentality, startup spirit, and willingness to shape your role. 
  • You own your work and operate independently – you know how to manage your time, activities, and priorities without needing constant direction. 
  • Fluent in CRM systems, sales funnels, and outreach tools. 
  • Experience in startups or GTM build-up is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits 

We offer a competitive base salary in the range of $110,000–$140,000, depending on your experience, your skill set and the level of responsibility you take on. 

In addition, we offer an attractive performance-based commission, as well as equity participation to reflect your impact as an early team member and give you a meaningful stake in what we’re building.
