Job Description


As a Senior Sage Implementation Associate, you will play a crucial role in implementing Sage software solutions and Bill.com integrations for clients. Your responsibilities will include setting up and configuring systems, creating automated journal entries, streamlining financial processes, and providing comprehensive training and support.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • System Setup and Configuration: Customize Sage software and Bill.com according to client requirements.
  • Automated Journal Entries: Develop and implement automated journal entries to enhance efficiency.
  • Streamline Financial Processes: Identify and implement improvements to financial workflows and processes.
  • Advanced Module Workshops: Prepare and conduct workshops on advanced Sage modules.
  • Training Materials: Create and develop comprehensive end-user training materials.
  • Training Sessions: Lead both in-person and virtual training sessions for end users.
  • Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Sage and Bill.com automations.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing implementation projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and training materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and testing to ensure the integrity and performance of implemented solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Sage and Bill.com features and best practices, and incorporate them into client solutions.
  • Custom Reports: Design and develop custom financial and operational reports using Sage Intelligence Reporting tools.
  • Advanced Reporting: Utilize the Report Designer to create complex, multi-level financial reports with flexible layouts.


Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience with Sage software and Bill.com, including implementation and end-user support.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in data analysis, and experience with creating automated financial processes.
  • Technology: Experience with Sage Intacct, Bill.com, Alteryx, SQL, Addepar or similar
