Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with experience in IBM WDG DEVELOPER The candidate

should have a strong background in developing and implementing IBM WDG RPA.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using IBM RPA.

Serve as a solution architect to design and implement scalable RPA solutions that

align with business objectives.

Continuously explore and evaluate new RPA platforms and tools to enhance the

organizations automation capabilities.

Proficient in integrating IBM RPA with SAP systems, IBM Datacap, APIs, and web-

based applications to enable seamless automation and enhance process efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements along with Business

Analyst and ensure proper documentation of processes.

Create and maintain documentation related to RPA solutions, including process design

documents, solution design documents, and involve in test plans.

Mentor and guide the internal RPA team, monitor their performance, and provide support to

ensure successful outcomes.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best

practices.

Manage client expectations by communicating project progress/ status, addressing concerns/

escalation, and ensuring satisfactory customers with RPA solutions.

Contribute to the maintenance of RPA governance and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in developing RPA solutions using IBM RPA.

Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and best practices.

Proficiency in IBM RPA development.

Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with exploring and evaluating new RPA platforms and tools is highly

desirable.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, .NET, or Java is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
