About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Risk Analytics Consultant within the Corporate Properties Finance team. This role provides financial management and support to the Corporate Properties Group (CPG), overseeing $3.4B in annual operating costs for an expansive global corporate real estate portfolio. In addition, this role will support the Technology and Tools needed to keep the group functioning effectively, identify and implement process improvements and solutions that drive quality and efficiency through automation.
In this role, you will:
* Lead or participate in developing moderately complex analytics and reporting to support the Corporate Properties Finance team
* Own the production, data reconciliation and model documentation processes for our data team and ensure compliance with relevant policies and controls
* Collaborate and consult with our team, business partners, compliance, and technology to resolve modeling, forecasting, and production issues and develop reporting to support evolving business needs.
* Simplify and improve our data and reporting environment and keep it in sync with changes in the source systems that provide input into it.
* Act as liaison to Enterprise Technology, Data Management and Finance teams to coordinate and build cross team solutions supporting overall business needs
* Serve as owner/administrator of existing technology infrastructure, including databases, models, PowerBi reporting, and risk controls that align with these tools
Required Qualifications:
* 4+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
* BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field (applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences) or social/behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis
* 3+ years data engineering processing in support of data warehousing projects (Excel Power Query, SQL, SSMS, SSRS, SSIS and Power BI Tooling)
* 3+ years of reporting and analytics experience.
* 2+ years' experience gathering requirements to execute reporting requests with Bi Tools such as Power Bi or Tableau.
* 1+ years Agile environment experience.
* Front end development experience.
* Experience developing and managing reporting with large scale datasets
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to extract insight from data and communicate with non-technical audience
* Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions
* Ability to act as a liaison between the client area and technical organization
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
