Objectives:

As a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist at Red Oak, you will be a key driver of operational excellence across our go-to-market teams. This role is responsible for optimizing revenue processes, managing sales and marketing systems, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure alignment, efficiency, and data integrity across the entire revenue lifecycle. Your work will directly impact Red Oak’s ability to scale effectively, forecast accurately, and deliver exceptional client experiences in a highly regulated industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve revenue operations processes that support the full customer journey—from lead generation to renewal and expansion.
  • Own the administration and optimization of key GTM systems, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and customer success tools.
  • Take the lead on contract initiation and processing for both client engagements and external partnerships, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Manage access and system health of additional sales tools including 6Sense (account intelligence), Gong (conversation analytics), and DocuSign (contract execution)
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide visibility into pipeline health, sales performance, customer retention, and revenue forecasting.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to drive territory planning, quota setting, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, enabling reliable reporting and strategic planning.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, improving conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Support pricing, packaging, and deal desk operations by providing insights into deal velocity, discounting trends, and customer segmentation.
  • Monitor and analyze revenue trends to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations that influence go-to-market strategy and execution.


Skills/Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS or financial services technology environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Salesforce, RevOps, or analytics tools are a plus.

Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce, including reporting, automation, and system configuration.

  • Experience with sales and marketing tools such as 6sense, Gong, and DocuSign.
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets.

Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services workflows, compliance considerations, and SaaS business models.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present findings to executive stakeholders.
