Role Overview


Due to ongoing growth within our DACH Team, we are seeking driven and experienced Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultants to join our Zug office. This is a pivotal role that offers the opportunity to leverage Trinnovo Group’s established client base while also spearheading new business acquisition across the Swiss market.


As a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our presence within the tech, advanced tech, and regulation sectors. You will be empowered to develop and execute strategic business development initiatives, build lasting client relationships, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that align with our clients' needs.


This role is ideal for a proactive and commercially minded professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.


Key Responsibilities


Business Development and Client Acquisition:

  • Proactively identify, target, and secure new client partnerships within the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and leveraging Trinnovo Group’s extensive client network.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans, identifying opportunities for growth within the Swiss market.
  • Attend industry events, networking meetups, and client meetings to build brand presence and foster new relationships.
  • Utilize insights from market mapping to uncover potential business opportunities and keep abreast of industry trends.
  • Negotiate client terms and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships by delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their hiring needs, challenges, and long-term objectives.
  • Offer consultancy and advice to clients on market trends, talent acquisition strategies, and recruitment best practices.


Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:

  • Source, screen, and select high-quality candidates for technical and regulatory roles, matching their skills to client requirements.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including AI-driven tools, automation, and recruitment tech (rec-tech) solutions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate engagement to placement, ensuring a seamless process for clients and candidates.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive talent pooling and networking.


Candidate Profile


Experience:

  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, with a strong track record in Tech, Advanced Tech, or Regulation recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition, business development, and account management.
  • Proficiency in German is essential.
  • Strong understanding and experience in managing AI, automation, and sequencing in recruitment processes, with a keen interest in leveraging rec-tech for efficiency.
  • Experience in building relationships at senior levels and influencing hiring strategies.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Up to 50% commission, paid monthly, with no threshold
  • LTIP and EMI shares
  • Unlimited paid annual leave from Senior Consultant level and above
  • 6-week paid sabbatical every 3 years
  • Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
  • 10 days of paid period leave annually, in addition to regular leave

  • Finish at 3 pm on Fridays if weekly targets are met
