RESPONSIBILITIES
Execution of recruiting strategies and employee relations issues
Perform routine recruitment function and activities like job fair and internship programs
Lead projects like ESG, ESLS and licence renewal
Prepare HR reports and analysis on a regular basis
Handle staff issues and ad hoc projects
REQUIREMENTS
Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
A minimum of 5 years solid recruitment experience, preferably gained in property management industry or sizeable organizations with frontline / operational workforce
Ability to adapt multi-task in a fast-paced working environment and a good team player
Self-motivated and detail-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Strong PC skills in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
