Job Description:

We are seeking a React Native Lead with a strong background in building and maintaining high-performance Android and iOS mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React Native, Redux, and modern JavaScript frameworks, with a strong understanding of mobile ecosystems, CI/CD, and application security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of cross-platform mobile applications.
• Drive architectural decisions and development best practices for React Native applications.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship new features.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Must-Have Skills:

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with React Native and Redux.
• Strong command of JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax, and knowledge of TypeScript or ClojureScript.
• Proficient in working with third-party dependencies and resolving conflicts.
• Familiar with native build tools like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, and IntelliJ.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, document request models, and offline data storage.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Git, and CI/CD tools such as Fastlane, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong mobile security awareness and familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Jest, Detox, and Appium.
• Published apps on the App Store or Google Play Store.
