How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead global and cross-functional AI/ML projects with varying complexity.
- Develop and oversee R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with AI strategy.
- Ensure projects follow Hitachi Energy's internal directives and external standards.
- Provide technical support and manage relationships with third-party providers.
- Establish and execute effective project communication plans.
- Identify, contain, and reduce project risks.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by considering their requirements and demands.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and share lessons learned.
Your Background
- BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline with 5+ years of related experience; OR MS/PhD in a related field.
- Proven experience in managing AI/ML technical projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and solve problems independently.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
