JOB SCOPE

Plans and maintains the integrated management system within across multiple site for one business unit, including support the planning, organization and management of the internal audit program, liaison with the external certification body. Follow up on corrective action and maintain records to demonstrate compliance.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIE

• SSupports in improving the Process landscape in our global IMS SharePoint including assuring that all department documentations are available and in line with our IATF strategy
• .Support to maintain the Quality Management System (IMS) as part of the global IMS. Ensures changes to international standards and customer specific requirements are effectively introduced in IMS. Supports to harmonize and simplify the IMS across the business unit
• .Trains and effectively communicates all changes in the IMS in our organization
• .May coordinate with the external certification body to arrange and organise the annual TS16949 / ISO9001 audit plan. Supports preparing the annual Internal Audi
• tschedule across the business unit
• .Supports to ensure and track all external audit non-conformities to ensure they are actioned and closed out in a timely and effective manner. Effectively reports and communicates audit findings and non-conformities to plant management. Prepares and issues formal audit reports. Schedules follow up audits as necessary to verify the effectiveness of implemented actions. Maintains audit reports and records in accordance with relevant IMS procedures and requirements
• .Supports organization of internal audits and schedules auditors and audit teams to complete audits as per the audit schedule with external resources if required. Coordinates internal audits across the business unit
