We are looking for a highly skilled Python Engineer to participate in driving the evolution of our test automation framework based on Python, Selenium, and Appium. In this role, you will lead a small team, enhance the stability and reliability of test automation, and promote best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Enhance & stabilize the test automation framework to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Lead & mentor a small team of engineers, fostering technical growth.
• Evangelize the framework across teams, driving adoption and best practices.
• Extend & templatize the framework to enable wider scalability and ease of use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automation strategy and test effectiveness.
  
  

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Python with a deep understanding of test automation frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium & Appium for UI and mobile automation.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive technical initiatives.
• Experience in framework design, stability improvements, and scalability.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills to promote automation adoption.
