About the Company: We’re actively hiring a QA/QC Manager with hands-on experience in conveyor systems or baggage handling equipment.

About the Role: This site-based position requires travel to airport project locations across the U.S., working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and TSA/airport reps to uphold the highest standards in quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage the QA/QC system on-site for electrical, mechanical, and controls installations
• Oversee inspections, coordinate documentation, and drive continuous improvement
• Interface with customers and regulatory reps to ensure all project quality expectations are met
• Conduct audits, lead QA/QC meetings, and ensure technical documentation is current
• Support safe, timely, and compliant delivery of all project phases

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of QA/QC experience in construction or conveyor projects
• Hands-on experience with baggage handling systems or automated conveyor lines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reading technical drawings
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
• Able to travel regularly and work some night shifts as needed
• Must be eligible for airport security clearance and authorized to work in the U.S.
