Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct functional, regression and UI/UX testing for mobile applications

* Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements

* Perform automated and manual testing across different devices, screen sizes, and OS versions

* Implement and maintain test automation frameworks following Page Object Model (POM) design patterns.

* Write and execute BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) test scenarios using tools like Cucumber

* Identify, log, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution by coordinating with developers

* Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent

* Use test management tools such as JIRA and Xray to document test results and track issues.

* Work closely with developers, product managers, and UX designers to improve the quality of the application.

* Ensure compatibility and automation test across cloud-based mobile testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Perfecto, pCloudy).

* Integrate test automation into continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or Buildkite

* Provide insights and suggestions for improving test efficiency and overall product quality

Required Skills:

* +8 years of experience

* Good experience with Appium for mobile test automation

* Strong programming skills in Java (mandatory)

* Experience in Page Object Model (POM) design patterns for test automation

* Hands-on experience in BDD frameworks like Cucumber

* Solid understanding of Android and iOS platforms, including UI guidelines and best practices

* Experience with API testing and automation. (Rest Assured Preferred)

* Familiarity with cloud-based mobile testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Perfecto, pCloudy)

* Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams

* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with Jenkins, Buildkite, or Azure DevOps

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Experience in writing SQL queries for database validation
