Key Responsibilities

Thoroughly analyze and understand project requirements, seeking clarifications from clients as needed.
Translate requirements into comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Identify and assess potential risks associated with software development and deployment.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Execute manual and automated tests, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Report and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
Prepare clear and concise test reports, summarizing test results and identifying areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
Coordinate QA activities within projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress and potential issues.
Coordinate with developers to resolve bugs.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression testing using Selenium or Cucumber (preferred).
Continuously improve and optimize automation frameworks.
Effectively manage QA activities across multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Extensive experience in both manual and automation testing.
Proficiency in using various testing tools and processes.
Strong hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium or Cucumber.
Ability to design and implement robust automation frameworks.
Knowledge of Java or C#.
Basic SQL knowledge.
Experience in REST API testing (a significant advantage).
Experience in security and performance testing (a valuable advantage).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think critically.

Experience : 6-8 years of experience in software quality assurance
