Job: QA Automation Engineer

Location: 4x per week onsite in ​Dallas​, TX

Term: 24 month contract to hire

Visa Restriction: GC or USC- must be able to convert

​Interview Process: 2 rounds, 1 virtual and most likely 1 onsite

​Requirements:

• Main tool used is K6 (performance testing tool) not opposed to any other one but they use K6 as it is easy to implement and can do all of the performance testing.
• Must be able to build a framework from scratch, not build over the top of an existing framework.
• Performance Testing Tools: K6, NeoLoad, Gatling
• UI Automation: Ascentialtest (OCR style tool) can have some similar tools but they use this because it translates with powerbuilder and has an engineer building this framework.
• Backend Testing: MUST HAVE (rest assured, karate, cucumber, java)
• Desktop application tools: Katalon studio (OCR tools)
• UI- Cypress Automation (Selenium, playwright)

​Nice to have:

• Enterprise service bus (ex: TIBCO), testing microservices/backend testing
• Uses JIRA for project management, Azure DevOps
• Test case management: Testrail (going to run everything through this for test results
• Gitlab (co-depositories) but Github or Gibactions will work (Jenkins and Bamboo is older and would work but last resort)
