JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for the Concentrix Payhub Project, contributing to the development and maintenance of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Set up testing environments.
• Establish standards and procedures for product quality and release readiness.
• Build and lead QA teams.
• Develop and implement quality processes and benchmarks.
• Mentor team members technically.
• Apply business domain knowledge.
• Stay updated with industry trends.
• Oversee the entire SDLC, including deployment processes.
• Utilize automation tools.

Qualifications:

• Mid-level QA/Testing tools knowledge.
• Basic SQL and scripting experience.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Should be knowledgeable with JIRA or equivalent tools.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Awareness of industry trends.
• Automation knowledge. Experienced with Selenium or any equivalent tools.
