Position: Senior QA ( Automation )

Experience: 7 -8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on business and technical requirements.

Perform various types of testing: functional, integration, regression, and performance.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.

Conduct API testing using Postman.

Perform performance testing using tools such as JMeter, k6, or similar.

Analyze test results, identify root causes, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.

Continuously improve testing practices, tools, and automation frameworks.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers and fellow QA engineers.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

7 - 8 years of experience in QA Automation.

Hands-on experience in writing automated tests using Playwright with [TypeScript/JavaScript preferred].

Working knowledge of Node.js environment and npm.

Exposure to other automation tools like Selenium and Cypress is a plus.

Proficiency in API testing using Postman.

Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, etc.).

Familiarity with tools like Jira for test and defect management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
