We are looking for technically oriented experienced automation QA engineer who is willing to work with the platform from different directions including front-end, back-end part. Who will help with building scalable automation tests solutions. The company industry is in Advertising/Media technology solutions
Responsibilities:
Independently design, develop, and implement automated tests and frameworks;
Review product requirements, functional specifications, and design specifications to prepare automated test cases;
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their emerging demands and develop strategies and frameworks accordingly.
Provide leadership and influence in the direction, schedule, and prioritization of automation efforts;
Support the implementation and improvement of build test processes;
Contribute to the automation of test cases for regression and smoke testing;
Utilize current technologies to develop extensible automation infrastructures;
Work in a close cooperation with manual QA team for get best effort of stable release process.
Qualifications for Automation QAEngineer
Automation QA Engineer who writes automated tests against endpoints and UI
7+ years overall IT experience
4+ years of commercial experience in Automation QA;
Experience with setting up automation testing process from scratch;
Experience with setting up CI/CD process;
Looking for people to do API testing, not just front-end testing. There is a lot of data inside and sometimes there are issues with the backend quality
Automation testing experience with APIs, Selenium, PlayWright, or Cypress ;
Proficiency in designing test suits and creating detailed tests;
Experience with enterprise-level test result documentation;
Good understanding of web services testing practices;
Strong knowledge of backend automation testing;
Strong knowledge of GIT / GitHub actions
Experience with bug-tracking systems such as JIRA or Azure DevOps BTS;
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
