Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to support a federal government client. The ideal candidate will bring expert knowledge of Navy ERP Central Component (ECC) along with strong Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) expertise. This role will focus on applying Lean Quality principles, ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards, guiding production personnel, and tracking defects through closure. Active Secret Clearance is required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Apply expert-level knowledge of Navy ERP Central Component (ECC) to support quality assurance activities.

Implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) concepts across production stages.

Apply Lean Quality principles to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards throughout the production lifecycle.

Guide and train production personnel on quality procedures and standards.

Conduct and support quality audits and ensure adherence to internal and external compliance requirements.

Document defects meticulously and track issues through resolution and closure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality standards and ensure best practices.

Education and Experience:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in QA.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Key Skills:

Expertise in Navy ERP Central Component (ECC).

Strong grasp of QA/QC concepts.

Familiarity with Lean Quality principles.

Deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Experience in defect documentation and tracking.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Active Secret Clearance is required.
