Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior QNXT Developers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in the QNXT Framework and a comprehensive understanding of Healthcare IT systems, particularly in Medicaid and payer systems. This is an exciting opportunity to support mission-critical healthcare technology initiatives, including claims adjudication and HIPAA-compliant transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of applications within the QNXT Framework.
• Build scalable and secure solutions using ASP.NET and the .NET Framework.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server database structures, queries, and stored procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with healthcare business needs.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data exchange and transaction compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on QNXT.
• Strong hands-on experience with QNXT Framework development.
• Advanced proficiency in ASP.Net, .Net Framework, and SQL Server.
• In-depth knowledge of Healthcare IT, including:
• Medicaid programs
• Payer systems and workflows
• Claims adjudication processes
• HIPAA EDI transactions (e.g., 837, 835, 270/271, 276/277)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working similar healthcare technology vendors.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and practices for continuous integration and deployment.
