CEIS | Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control efforts across high-performance data center construction projects. This role is responsible for developing and managing project-specific QA/QC programs that ensure compliance with client and industry standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) scopes, while also overseeing inspections, documentation, audits, and performance monitoring. Success in this role requires strong communication, field presence, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to quality leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage project quality control programs, with a focus on CSA scopes of work.
• Monitor day-to-day construction activities and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures, specifications, and industry codes.
• Manage and operate within Fortis and/or client-mandated quality platforms to build checklists, track issues, and maintain asset records.
• Conduct site inspections, coordinate audits, and oversee the resolution of punch list and non-conformance items.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, corrective actions, and compliance documentation through project software systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to align quality objectives and ensure clear communication of expectations.
• Train and mentor project team members, including engineers, managers, and superintendents, in quality standards and procedures.
• Lead efforts to continuously improve quality systems and processes across project sites.
• Review documentation from third-party inspectors and ensure alignment with internal QA/QC requirements.
• Engage with client representatives to build trust, demonstrate commitment to quality, and reinforce Fortis reputation.
• Provide direct field support and leadership when needed, maintaining a strong presence on site.
• Support additional quality-related initiatives and duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of training and experience).
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in large-scale construction projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with ASTM, ANSI, ACI, APWA, and other applicable codes and testing procedures.
• Proven ability to manage and enforce QA/QC standards across multiple stakeholders and trades.
• Proficient in construction documentation and digital QA/QC platforms.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a collaborative and hands-on approach.
