Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Senior QA Qualification Specialist to join our client's team in Switzerland. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and compliance of new facilities and systems within the pharmaceutical industry. Your expertise will be vital in coordinating QA interests and driving the implementation of qualification strategies.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the QA Qualification representative for new facility projects, focusing on the qualification of facilities, utilities, equipment, and systems.
• Coordinate various QA objectives during project phases, including process and cleaning qualifications.
• Lead the implementation of new qualification strategies and make decisive contributions when necessary.
• Compile, review, and release qualification documents, and support quality risk analysis.
• Assess and approve technical change requests relevant to the qualification process.
• Represent qualification topics during customer audits and regulatory inspections.
• Drive CAPA and Effectiveness Checks to completion, ensuring timely closure and proper investigation of deviations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Experience in qualification within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of applicable cGMP regulations is advantageous.
• General knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to oversee project execution and identify non-compliance with quality standards.
• Fluent in German and English.
