Test automation tools & frameworks: Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium, Ruby & Rest Assured

Performance tool: Jmeter, Gatling, Prometheus, Grafana, elastic search, db monitoring & profilers.

Languages: Core Java, JavaScript, typescript.

web development fundamentals like DOM , Angular frameworks.

Source control: Git, CSS, GitLab.

Issue management tool: Jira.

Specific Skills Of Interest

• Very good in API Automation , UI functional automation , Automation test strategy definition , automation tools in this space (regression , e2e workflow, UAT , Exploratory testing ), CI/CD pipelines (Git + Jenkins or cloud pipelines)and framework knowledge.
• Exposure to automation in the cloud(On Premise like Openstack or hosted cloud solutions AWS, Azure) will be added advantage(Not mandatory).
• Good knowledge of web technologies, Rest APIs, and tools like postman, wiremock.
• Exposure to authentication and authorization layers like SSO, different authentication methods like basic, Oauth 2.0.
• Good exposure and experience leading non- functional system testing like performance & Compatibility testing.
• Should be good at creating POC’s, able to drive independently test formulations , executions using tools like Jmeter/Gatling.
• Good at performance requirements gathering, understanding SLA’s, tracing and profiling tools integration concepts , strategic planning for baselining & benchmarking. Identifying performance bottlenecks & performance engineering( based on analysis, suggesting areas needing performance finetuning).
• Should be good at capacity testing in distributed load test setup.
• Should have good presentation, communication skills and reflect maturity in thought process in create technical artifacts, analysis reports and present to technical groups.
• Should be open to contribute into manual functional test effort if needed and should be good in Acceptance criteria testing, testing concepts, test design, test techniques, test principles, requirement Analysis and test documentation.
• Exposure to offering different test services in a layered test approach would be added advantage.
• Should be able to think forward e2e around different use cases / test challenges that might come in and be able to articulate a right test strategy.

• Exposure working in either AWS/Azure.
• Understanding of security products like SWG, Web proxies or cloud security solutions is a big plus.
• Exposure to working with docker, KMS and Kubernetes.
