As a QA Engineer, your primary goal is to ensure that the delivered product complies with functional specifications, business requirements, and organizational standards—particularly those related to security and audit—by applying best practices in software quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of automation tests.
• Contribute to the creation of detailed manual test cases using tools such as Xray and Jira.
• Assist in executing and validating new features and conducting functional regression testing.
• Identify and report software defects, and support their resolution in collaboration with the development team.
• Provide support to end users via the developer support channel and help improve technical documentation.
• Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards in terms of functionality, usability, and regression coverage.
• Document test cases, proof of concepts (POCs), and test outcomes in a test management system for future use.

Profile

• University degree with 4 to 7 years of proven experience in software quality assurance.
• Good understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes (ISTQB certification strongly preferred).
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed, multicultural, and global context.

Technical Expertise

• Good understanding of cloud platforms, ideally both AWS and Azure, including infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking, databases, cloud security, PaaS, etc.).
• Familiar with tools and technologies such as GitHub Actions, TerraGrunt, TerraTest, AWS SDK, Azure Go SDK.
• Solid grasp of software testing best practices (ISTQB certification is a strong asset).
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and REST APIs.
• Experience with automated testing tools and technologies (e.g., Java, Spring, Selenium, TestNG, Maven), and knowledge of Terraform.
