Technical Skills Required:

The ideal candidate should be a Full Stack Developer with strong Python and AWS skills, capable of implementing software development best practices and contributing to both frontend and backend tasks. The candidate should be able to work effectively in a distributed team, mentor other team members, and help improve the overall quality and sustainability of the project. Proficiency in English and experience with AI technologies are also important for this role.

Full Stack Development:

• Proficiency in Python, with experience in software architecture and development.
• Familiarity with AWS services, including Lambda, RDS, SQS, and other related technologies.
• Experience with GitLab CI Pipelines and infrastructure as code using AWS CDK.
• Knowledge of frontend development, with the ability to contribute to both frontend and backend tasks, whereby the focus rests on backend.

Software Development Best Practices:

• Strong understanding of Python Software Development.
• Experience in testing and deploying applications.
• Ability to bring software development best practices into the team, ensuring high-quality code and efficient workflows.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly in the context of integrating AI solutions into software products.
• Familiarity with Azure Open AI and AI Search is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
