About the Role:

As a Senior Python Full Stack Engineer at Secure Haven LLC, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, AI/ML technologies, and modern front-end tools. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver robust, high-quality solutions that meet client needs and business goals. This is an hourly contract position, with no benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end web applications using Python, Django/Flask, and modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Angular.
• Develop and implement database solutions using relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Integrate AI/ML models into applications for intelligent automation and predictive analytics.
• Ensure high code quality through best practices such as unit testing, TDD, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, back-end developers, and UX/UI designers, to deliver seamless and user-friendly applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and AI/ML advancements, applying them to your work.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring the continuous growth of the team.
• Work closely with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines and ensure efficient deployment workflows.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on Python technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, and Flask for backend development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong expertise in working with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and third-party service integrations.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Proven experience in AI/ML integration within applications (preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to deliver clean, maintainable, and scalable code that aligns with business goals.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates' technical expertise and cultural fit while maintaining a structured and engaging interview process.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to software design and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring junior developers.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with modern front-end tools such as Redux, Webpack, or TypeScript.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Golang, Rust, Ruby on Rails, and R programming.
• Experience in implementing security best practices and ensuring secure software solutions.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

This is an hourly contract position with competitive compensation based on experience. Please note that this position does not include benefits.
