We are looking for a skilled Python Full Stack Developer with minimum 5 years of experience, proficient in Django and ORM queries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient solutions. Experience with AWS, Redis cache management, and a good understanding of cybersecurity principles are a plus. Exposure to microservice architecture and Agile development practices is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Build and enhance web applications using Python and Django, focusing on optimized ORM queries to ensure performance and scalability.
• Product Collaboration: Work directly with the CEO to align product goals with business objectives, setting development priorities and milestones.
• Cybersecurity: Implement secure coding practices, ensuring robust protection against vulnerabilities and compliance with industry standards.
• AWS & Cache Management: Utilize AWS for cloud services and manage caching strategies to minimize latency and optimize response times.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and business teams to ensure the product meets user needs and strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• 5+ years in Full Stack Development, specializing in Python and Django.
• Proficient in DRF like ORM queries, DB Routes, Connection Pooling, etc.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices within the development process.
• Proficiency with AWS and cache management to improve application performance.
• Familiarity with microservice architecture (a plus).
• Experience as a Scrum Master, skilled in agile methodologies and sprint management. (a plus)

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Python, Django/Flask, REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Version control with Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to align technical goals with business strategy.
• Experience with frontend frameworks React.js. (a plus)
