Responsibilities:

  • Proactively find inefficiencies in processes, suggest enhancements, and present proposals to leadership.
  • Effectively collaborates with teams to provide support for requests such as enhancements, defects, and new functionality.
  • Analysis of Workday and ServiceNow processes and upcoming features that impact the overarching structure of our Workday and ServiceNow ecosystem


Mandatory Skills Description:

  • Experience in Python in an enterprise environment, covering the whole development life cycle
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Workday or ServiceNow Consultant
  • Hands-on expertise in internal integrations
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to understand and interpret stakeholder requirements & translate them into meaningful metrics and reports.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail; demonstrated strength in problem-solving and multi-tasking.
  • Ability to take ownership of the process and work with minimum supervision


Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

  • Capital market experience
