🔎We are looking for a Senior Python / C++ Developer

MAIN TASKS:

• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to ensure deliverables meet functional and technical requirements.
• Develop, test, and implement new features and enhancements in line with internal architecture standards.
• Manage code reviews, version control, and deployment processes (in collaboration with APS).
• Improve and maintain existing applications by resolving bugs, refactoring, and optimizing code.
• Monitor and address issues related to data integrity, system performance, and functional architecture.
• Provide regular progress updates and timely escalation of risks and blockers to management.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to defining the technical direction within the application scope.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Proven experience as a Python Developer, ideally in a financial or complex technical environment
• Solid knowledge of C++ and strong object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
• Hands-on experience with Apache Ignite
• Proficiency with tools such as Git, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, Agile team environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor and support team members
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Hybrid regime in the Lisbon office.
