Senior Program and Project Manager for the YouSee Strategic Planning Team

YouSee is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager that can drive change and lead our strategic

projects and programs.

YouSee is in the final stages of a full IT-transformation, creating a unique and innovative telco of tomorrow.

Subsequently we are also changing the way we work and organize ourselves. To support this journey, we

have several programs and projects already running, and more to come.

As part of our Strategic Planning Team, you will be pivotal in securing structure and progress in our key deliverables and be instrumental in ensuring our ability to deliver on both scope, time, and budget.

Furthermore, as a Senior Program and Project Manager, you will be our lead in creating a supportive

culture of continuous learning and community engagement. This position is ideal for someone with a

passion for developing people and creating a cultural change, through "train the trainer" setups,

mentoring, and cultivating collaborative environments.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Oversee and support multiple programs concurrently, ensuring efficiency and quality in delivery.
• Project Management: Manage strategic high-stakes projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Training and Mentoring: Develop and implement "train the trainer" programs to empower internal and external stakeholders.
• Community Building: Promote a sense of belonging and collaboration within our community, leveraging networks for mutual benefit.

• Program and Project management: Skilled in executing complex projects and programs in a fastpaced environment.
• Indirect Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and build engaged teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Strategic Vision: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Communication: Great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization, and adept at building relationships and facilitating collaboration.
