About The Role
To strategically analyze the opportunity, plan and influence more new business into the center, oversee the agreed migration, manage/update customers and vendors legal contracts, collect and present operational team’s performance statistics to facilitate management informed decision.
Job Description
Before New Business Transition:
Strategically analyze the opportunity, proactive and tactfully suggest and influence more and new business into the center in alignment with team’s long-term purpose.
During New Business Transition And Post Migration
Define the migration scopes, goals and deliverables, monitor the knowledge-transfer plan against execution, provides key status updates to applicable stakeholders, highlight risks and containment action plan if any.
Manage legal contracts signed between the center with the customers. Ensure these documents are always up-to-date to reflect latest present reality. Identify and highlight risks and improvement opportunity if any.
Post Migration/business-as-usual Mode
Collect, consolidate and present operational team’s performance statistics to support management’s decision-making. Key is to analyze, spot and highlight risks, issues and improvement opportunity if any.
Others
Manage legal contracts signed between the center with the vendors. Ensure these documents are always up-to-date to reflect latest present reality. Identify and highlight risks and improvement opportunity if any.
Manage and develop collaborative business relationships with stakeholders, including Local Business Units, Group cross-functions, SAPCOE, and etc. Ensure relationship is maintained and expectations are met to ensure a positive working relationship with all parties.
Support the Head of Department on the center-related projects and operations where required.
