Ciklum is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role:

As a Senior Project Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow and work in close partnership with the digital product team of a globally recognized brand known for its innovation in customer experience, loyalty, and mobile commerce. This is a high-impact, fully embedded role where you'll support Product Owners across a mature and fast-evolving technology ecosystem that powers millions of customer interactions worldwide.

The role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across web, mobile, and backend systems, driving delivery and continuous improvement at scale. Monthly travel to the client’s London office is required to stay closely aligned with stakeholders and business priorities. This is a full-time position, initially offered as a 6-month engagement, with the strong potential to become a long-term retained role based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the release calendar across the full technology stack, keeping stakeholders and vendors informed of timelines, changes, and blockers
• Participate in external change management meetings with the client and third-party vendors
• Monitor and track app and web performance post-release, reporting results to relevant stakeholders
• Provide regular release status updates, including RAG reporting
• Contribute to internal release adoption plans and communication materials
• Manage ongoing app-related issues, facilitating the right conversations and ensuring timely resolution
• Support documentation consolidation and knowledge handover to Portfolio Managers for new product development, enhancements, and sustainability initiatives
• Participate in triage meetings with Portfolio Managers, providing progress updates and surfacing risks or blockers to Product Owners
• Act as a fully integrated member of the client’s product team, demonstrating ownership, impartiality, and accountability
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments, aligning delivery with business objectives and ensuring cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

• Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience as a Technical Project Manager with a solid understanding of both mobile and web development
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution
• Comfortable navigating and aligning priorities across multiple stakeholders and vendors
• Proficient in consolidating technical documentation and preparing structured handovers
• Ability to lead conversations with both technical and non-technical audiences
