Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead SAP implementation and other IT projects across global teams. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery—from planning and resourcing to execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication—ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver assigned SAP and IT projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, and ensure resource availability.
• Actively manage risks, issues, and change requests.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation and financial forecasts.
• Monitor and report on project financials; review and approve timecards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including suppliers and resource managers.
• Ensure compliance with internal PMO standards and external regulations (e.g., SOX, CSV).
• Prepare and present regular status updates to stakeholders and governance boards.
• Define success metrics with business sponsors and ensure projects meet ROI targets.
• Contribute to PMO best practices, mentor junior PMs, and foster knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7–9 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 4 years leading end-to-end projects.
• Proven track record managing complex SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and IT methodologies (e.g., ITIL).
• Experience managing remote and cross-functional project teams.
• Skilled in project financials, resource planning, risk management, and change control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; politically astute.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with supplier/vendor management groups.
• Background in regulated environments and systems validation.
• Familiarity with project governance processes and compliance reporting.
