As Senior Project Manager you will drive strategic change to support the critical business of Swift with ServiceNow as an enabler. You will lead programs of high complexity, risk and significance to provide value to Swift's business. You will work in close liaison with all relevant internal teams, both agile and traditional, as well as external third parties and drive stakeholder communication, financial management and risk management at program level while overseeing project and squad deliverables within the program scope.
What to expect in this role:
In this role you will:
* Partner with the executive sponsors and senior stakeholders to align on program goals, objectives and customer outcomes
* Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with agreed functionality, quality, cost and performance to ensure value to users within Swift
* Negotiate business requirements with the stakeholders and translate those into a pragmatic project plan that brings business value out of the ServiceNow platform. Monitor, maintain and report to all stakeholders the project status on a continual basis
* Understand how the ServiceNow platform can support improved business processes, alignment to industry best practice and bring efficiencies through automation
* Manage project risks, security, resources, budget and quality escalating issues and making proposals when appropriate
* Define the responsibilities of cross-divisional project members and identify external resources that can accelerate ServiceNow delivery
* Communicate, network and interface with all relevant parties on a regular basis ensuring they are aware of project progress
Take accountability for delivering results
* Take accountability for significant decisions and progresses resolution of issues independently with appropriate stakeholders
* Take initiatives to deliver results under conditions of pressure, adversity and uncertainty with a full understanding of potential risks
* Develop and drive roadmap towards successful completion of program
Business understanding and Delivering ServiceNow Capabilities
* Connect the dots between technical ServiceNow delivery teams and business needs
* Understand core business methodologies such as ITIL and Governance, Risk and Compliance
* Promote adoption of new capabilities that strengthen compliance and operational excellence
* Understand practical and pragmatic technical delivery of ServiceNow
Build and reinforce internal customer relationships
* Establish, nurture and develop relationships with critical business partners
What will make you successful?
We are seeking professionals with:
* University degree in IT/Engineering/Science/Economics
* 10 years of relevant experience within the area of IT product development and/or similar complexity, of which at least 5 years in project management
* Experience with the capabilities of ServiceNow platform and rolling them out to an enterprise
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance and 3 lines of defense methodology
* Understanding of the ServiceNow portfolio and delivery of modules within the platform

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in Virginia is $121,564.00 USD Annual MINIMUM to $225,762.00 USD Annual MAXIMUM. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Our compensation packages include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity for all employee's contingent on personal and company performance.
