A leading global enterprise, delivering sophisticated software solutions to top-tier clients worldwide, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Santiago, Chile.

📍 Location: This role is based in Santiago, Chile. Preference will be given to candidates already residing in the Las Condes area, with availability for regular in-office collaboration (3–5 days per week).


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent software implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (development, QA, product, support) and external stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable, structured project plans.
  • Ensure timely delivery by managing dependencies, proactively addressing risks, and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and milestone reviews to maintain momentum.
  • Monitor project KPIs, budgets, and quality standards throughout the lifecycle.
  • Maintain clear, ongoing communication with internal leadership and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and industry best practices.
  • Foster alignment and accountability within cross-functional teams operating in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.


Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven experience managing complex software projects for enterprise clients.
  • Track record of successfully delivering full lifecycle implementation projects.
  • Hands-on proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Experience leading multicultural, cross-functional teams across business and technical domains.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level environments, working with large corporates or service providers.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, written and verbal.
  • Strong stakeholder management and decision-making abilities.
  • Resilience and adaptability under pressure, with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
