Senior Project Manager - ON-SITE, NAPA

I am currently partnered with a midsize, high growth commercial construction company looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager in a couple of exciting projects they have just signed, starting in the next 6 weeks.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading large and complex construction projects. This role includes managing teams with multiple Superintendents and Project Engineers. In addition to overseeing projects, the Senior Project Manager supports the growth of other team members and helps improve financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead large-scale projects with multiple team members.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet goals.

Financial Oversight

• Manage project finances, especially using the Procore Financial module.
• Train and support team members in financial processes.

Team Development

• Mentor Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers.
• Help team members grow in their roles and plan for long-term careers.

Multi-Project Management

• Handle several projects at once while keeping performance high.
• Make sure each project meets company and client standards.

Field and Budget Coordination

• Stay in close contact with Superintendents.
• Address issues early to keep projects on track both in the field and financially.

Support Business Development

• Help build client relationships and find new project opportunities.
• Use industry knowledge to support company growth.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience managing large construction projects
• Solid understanding of construction and project management
• Skilled in using Procore and handling project finances
• Able to mentor others and work well with teams
• Good communication and organization skills
• Focused on quality, safety, and meeting deadlines
