Overview:

Senior Project Manager with a strong background in asset management, preferably from commercial real estate, banking, or venture capital. The ideal candidate will also have experience in IT application development within the real estate space. This role will support our customer's Client Care Team, focusing on managing the sales funnel/deal process and developing a unified UX & custom UI shell while integrating with Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, delivery, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with the Client Care Team to enhance the sales funnel and deal management experience.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and Salesforce developers to build and optimize a unified UX via a custom UI shell on Salesforce.
• Drive and participate in technical discussions, translating technical concepts into actionable business language and requirements.
• Maintain Salesforce DevOps pipelines and coordinate release management across environments.
• Develop executive-level presentations using PowerPoint to communicate project status, roadmaps, and value delivery.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to align project objectives and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a senior project manager with managing Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Lightning Components, and custom development.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and translate them into business outcomes and strategies.
• Experience with DevOps practices in a Salesforce environment.
• Excellent PowerPoint and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in commercial real estate, banking, or venture capital domains.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and Salesforce DX.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, PMP, etc.) are a plus.
