Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: Sacramento, CA

Job Description:

• Experience successfully delivering technology refreshes, system upgrades, and managing enterprise-level technology changes.
• Demonstrates deep expertise in both traditional SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading projects through all phases of the software development lifecycle and maintenance & operations (M&O) practices.
• Possesses two years of recent hands-on experience working within Agile teams.
• Supported by 28 hours of formal Agile training covering frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Adept at facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing product backlogs, and coaching teams on Agile best practices.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale data warehouse initiatives, serving as either project manager or assistant project manager.
• Proven ability to identify and manage risks, resolve project issues, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to meet common project objectives.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a solid track record of aligning project teams and external partners.
