Role: Senior Project Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + bonus, pension, healthcare

The Role

As a senior project manager, you will get to work on some of the largest projects and programmes along the M4 corridor. They will likely involve working on buildings led defence projects through healthcare and beyond. Depending on your experience and skill set you will either run your own stand-alone projects or deliver smaller projects within a large programme of works.

About You

• Degree qualified in construction project management, quantity surveying or building surveying is ideal.
• MRICS / MCIOB/MAPM/ChPP is ideal but at bare minimum you should be working towards chartership.
• A proven track record of delivering projects within the aforementioned sectors is beneficial.
• Being security cleared is desirable however we can start this process during your notice period if you are not.
