Summary

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities Review and understand contract documents • Assist preconstruction and marketing department with bid solicitations and proposals • Provide all duties as a project manager as required in addition to oversight responsibilities on multiple projects when required • Oversee the buyout process and issuance of purchase order and subcontracts • Sign and execute documents as requested by the executive team • Ensure front end permitting, licensing, bonds and insurance are in place prior to commencing work • Ensure proper development of the construction schedule and schedule updates • Responsible for the development and implementation of the logistics, phasing, and staging plan for the project • Responsible for the overall development of all scopes of work • Oversee bid solicitation and scope review • Site inspections as needed to ensure compliance with schedule, QAQC, and safety requirements • Make final decisions regarding conflict resolution during the construction phase for each project • Ensure proper development and maintenance of all project critical logs • Oversee implementation of the QAQC plan • Ensure project meetings are occurring as required • Oversee change order process • Establish and review subcontractor and owner schedule of values • Oversee approval and coding all invoices and subcontractor applications for payment • Oversee and ensure proper compliance with lien laws • Ensure timely and accurate Owner billing and payment process • Review and oversee project budgets and profit forecasting for multiple projects • Understand, utilize, and maintain data entered in project management software • Oversee substantial and final completion process • Maintain positive communication with AHJ, design team and Owner • Oversee project managers on multiple projects • Lead the individual project teams and be the point person for the project • Assist with review, training, and development of the management team • Enforce company standard operating procedures and best practices • Maintain client relationships and promote the company at corporate events • Participate in corporate strategy meetings • Complete other items assigned by executive team to facilitate company success Basic requirements • BS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Related Field (Optional) • 10+ Years’ Experience • OSHA 30 • NPDES Level 1A • First Aid/CPR Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Performance of the duties will occasionally require: • Physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs • Passenger use of construction personnel hoists • Ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus • Use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, sit, talk, and hear (bells, whistles, etc.), stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl • Occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather and risk of electric shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to very loud.
