Senior Project Manager / Project Director

This client in a leading Global Project Management Consultancy (PMC) working on multiple high-profile Projects in Hong Kong and Singapore. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager / Project Director to play an integral role in delivering world class venues.

Job Duties:

• Lead a sizable projects team (15+)
• Managing and planning all capital/non-capital works projects of the Corporation to ensure projects are accomplished in time, within budget, to required quality and safety standards;
• Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders in accomplishing project objectives. Provide technical support and expert advice on discipline-related issues to other members of the project team, as well as to in-house staff of other divisions;
• Responsible for monthly reports to the Authority
• Supervise the sub-ordinates to ensure works are completed in order.
• Work closely with different internal and external stakeholders including consultants, government departments and relevant organizations on project planning, design and implementation;
• Ensure compliance with the Corporation's guidelines and Delegation Authority for capital works projects;
• Present clearly and confidently to the Authority and contractor on technical and commercial issues

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline/qualifications or equivalent
• Possess 12 years of experience, but ideally with 15 years, in Project Management
• Member of a recognized local professional institute in the discipline of CEng, HKIA, HKIE, HKICM or related disciplines
• Qualified PMP would be advantageous
• Experienced in large construction or infrastructure projects
• Good leadership, analytical and communication skills
• Proactive, self-driven and detail-orientated
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua

• 13 Months' salary + bonus
