We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our alpha generation platform projects. The ideal candidate combines a strong technical background with excellent leadership and communication skills, and is comfortable working within a fast-paced, international environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while upholding our high standards of quality and reliability.

Your future role within QRT:

As a key member of our technology organization in Paris, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance and scale our alpha generation platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving end-to-end delivery of platform projects with a strong focus on timelines and quality.
• Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with engineering teams and key stakeholders.
• Proactively tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Removing roadblocks and ensuring seamless execution across teams.
• Monitoring and reporting project KPIs, timelines, and risk indicators to ensure transparency and alignment.

Your present skill set:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in software project or program management, ideally in a high-performance environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects with a keen eye for detail and prioritization.
• Experience working with distributed and international teams.
• Prior exposure to financial services or quantitative environments is a strong plus.
