What you'll do


  • Project Planning and Execution: define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans and resource requirements. Develop project timelines and ensure that project milestones are met on time/schedule.
  • Project Financial: Oversee project budgets and financial performance, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and financial targets are met
  • Team Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives by assigning tasks and responsibilities. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and foster a positive team environment while managing conflicts and resolving issues.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders' expectations and requirements, facilitate communication across departments and with clients
  • Risk Management: proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards, conduct quality audits and reviews, and implement quality improvement processes.
  • Customer Centricity: Effectively collaborate with Solutions Architects and other technical resources to articulate customers' needs while proactively identifying new business opportunities and enhancing customer relationships.



What you'll need


  • 8 + years of experience as an IT Project Manager using Agile and Waterfall methodologies in other SaaS companies or system integrators.
  • Proven experience in delivering complex and international projects, leading cross-functional teams, using best practices and adequate tools.
  • Experienced in gathering customer requirements, prioritizing product backlogs, and developing effort estimates and project schedules.
  • Skilled in drafting and issuing comprehensive Statements of Work (SoW) to define project scope and deliverables
  • In-demand certifications: PMI-ACP / CSM / CSPO / PMP / ITIL / PRINCE.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively, collaborate with internal teams, and interact with management
  • Willingness to travel



What’s nice to have


  • Previous experience in implementing and overseeing the delivery of Field Service Management solutions for different types of industries (e.g., Telco, Utilities, Rail)
  • Previous experience in a product software company
  • Previous experience working with international clients
  • Knowledge of GIS technology
