Role Summary
We’re hiring a hyper-organized Project Manager to bring structure to our fast-growing, artist-first team. This is a full-time, artist-facing role for someone who thrives on managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll work directly with artists and their teams, while coordinating across internal departments - marketing, A&R, creative, and legal.
Responsibilities:
• Own project timelines, calendars, and cross-functional workflows
• Track and enforce internal deadlines (releases, marketing assets, deliverables)
• Act as a primary point of contact for artists and managers across active projects
• Manage schedules for rollouts, content production, and creative delivery
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track
• Provide artists with regular updates, checklists, and milestone reminders
• Build repeatable systems to help scale operations as the label grows
Qualifications:
• 3–7 years in project management, operations, or label/agency coordination
• Experience working directly with artists, managers, or creators
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to juggle multiple timelines and personalities
• Fast, proactive, and solutions-oriented under pressure
• Comfortable in creative, fast-paced environments
• Music, entertainment, or digital media background strongly preferred
