To continue our growth journey in 2025 and beyond, we're seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Project Manager who will be an integral part of our new product development projects - High Power Components and lead high impact strategic projects!
In this role, you will work in Product & Engineering Solutions where you will join the relatively newly established Project Management Office, alongside 10-12 highly skilled Project Managers. You will be responsible for developing new world-class products within our product group High Power Components (Wind converter, Power-to-X electrolyser power supply).

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
As the Senior Project Manager, you will get the end-to-end responsibility for your own projects. You will lead the projects towards development to release of new products with KKWS own IP. As pioneers within wind power, KKWS is committed to developing groundbreaking and competitive products within green technology.
You will work with colleagues who are highly specialized with degrees at master’s and PhD level. Thus, you will experience an ongoing exchange of ideas and also ensure that you balance time, scope and cost to stay at the forefront of wind turbine development projects.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who preferably have experience from a similar role in a global company. In order to succeed in this job, it is important you have experience in motivating highly specialized project team members, experience in working across an entire organization and is capable of staying on top of project plans and spot risks as well as opportunities that drive the project forward.
