Overview Trissential is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our client team on a hybrid basis, with three (3) days per week onsite in Milwaukee, WI. In this pivotal role, you’ll bring your in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA to lead strategic, high-stakes projects from concept to completion. Your expertise will be central to guiding our client through a complex transition from SAP’s on-premise platforms to the latest SAP S/4 HANA cloud-based solution, ensuring every step drives impactful and measurable success. Responsibilities Steer complex, high-priority projects with vision and leadership, driving alignment with strategic objectives and ensuring milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards Collaborate extensively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams, acting as the primary point of coordination to keep initiatives on track and aligned with all stakeholders Develop and oversee robust project plans using MS Project, defining and tracking timelines, resources, and budgets to set the project up for success Use your deep SAP S/4 HANA knowledge to ensure best practices and quality standards are met, with a particular focus on cloud transitions Proactively identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve roadblocks to safeguard project goals Maintain rigorous project documentation, including detailed project plans, status reports, and financial tracking, to ensure accountability and transparent communication Provide clear and consistent updates to senior management, leveraging your insights to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged Exercise financial oversight on project budgets, optimizing resource allocations for maximum impact and efficiency Cultivate an inclusive and driven team environment, motivating team members to excel and contribute to overall project success Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, with a strong focus on on-premise to cloud migration processes Thorough understanding of industry best practices in project management Essential skills Advanced expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, particularly for SAP cloud-based implementations or migrations Proficiency in MS Project and other project management software tools Keen attention to detail, especially in documentation and maintaining project accountability Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to foster alignment across diverse teams Skilled in high-level problem-solving and decision-making under tight timelines Experience Proven history of leading large-scale, complex projects, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA implementations or migrations Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and deliver financially sound results Experience in fast-paced environments, leading multiple, concurrent projects with skill and agility Benefits Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $102,000 to $165,000 annually depending on candidate's qualifications and experience.
